Great find on our recent trip to Quebec. A short walk from the old city. Reservations a must. I counted 25 seats including those at the bar. Multiple groups were turned away while we dined as not a seat was empty for 2 hours. Wonderful farm to table approach. They make their own cheese & pasta & butcher their own meat. Imaginative dishes & wide ranging, well priced, wine list. Food was great. Service was impeccable - personable, helpful, but still professional while fluently bilingual.

What a wonderful restaurant. The food, service, & space were all exceptional. All ingredients are incredibly fresh & flavorful. Each dish was exciting, delicious, & unique. Highly recommend stopping by. Restaurant has 3 outdoor tables that are dog friendly (we visited in August), & the staff were very kind to our dog. I recommend making a reservation, we visited on a Saturday & were able to walk in right at opening but the restaurant filled up quickly. Thanks so much to David & everyone else that made the meal wonderful!
Vincent was nice, helpful, informative, & answered all of our questions about the food, music, & favorite local places. Everyone at Buvette Scott was friendly. It was an intimate atmosphere with great music. We loved sitting at the bar & watching the food come together. The food was all so fresh & everything was delicious. We are so glad we got in! Thank you. Would highly recommend!
