C'est une expérience relaxante à chaque fois. Les chats ont l'air heureux & sont affectueux. Les cafés & la nourriture sont excellents.
C'est comme si on était dans un salon entourés de nouveaux amis. C'est un endroit idéal pour socialiser & flatter les chats!

Lovely little cat café in Québec City! The hot chocolate was very well presented & was tasty, but scalding hot. The cats were adorable & friendly & were very well cared for. Atmopshere was nice with a warm & cosy feel, aside from the piles of household clutter behind our table which brought it down a little. Service was acceptable, very little customer interaction though. Would recommend for a unique cafe option!

Le décor à changé depuis la photo. Table en bois & chaise en bois. Le café est bon quoique petit & le dessert est excellent. Plusieurs chats environ 5-6 environ. Ambiance relaxe. Plusieurs places assise. On doit enlever nos chaussures en entrant dans le portique.

Quite disappointed that these cats all come from a breeder. Where I come from , cat cafes only have rescued cats , & serve as a foster/adoption site.
Woman there seemed less than thrilled when I asked questions about the cats.

Rentrés dans cet établissement pour son enseigne qui nous parlait … mais sans s'attendre à l'expérience qui nous attendait à l'intérieur.
Accueil & ambiance agréables, chaleureux.
Un concept créé par des vétérans basé sur l'entraide & la bienveillance.
Le tout accompagné de chats câlins & d'un petit yorkshire espiègle 😊
Bien sûr n'oublions pas les cafés & tchai latte savoureux.

Un café très mignon, situé juste en face de la gare du palais & où l'on peut être accompagné de petit félins durant notre café.

Le service est très bon, le personnel est accueillant & la carte abordable. Recommande vivement

My partner & I were very excited to come to the cat cafe.
Unfortunately, it was not the highlight of our trip.
When you enter you are asked to take your shoes off, which would be fine but the entry area is quite gross & not clean.
When you come inside it is clean-ish but there is a cat smell & a lot of clutter. We sat down at the only table available, & I would recommend that the cafe only have tables with a smooth surface, instead of slats, as our table had lots of cat dander, fur, & other unknowns in-between each slat. Then menus & cards on the table are old & have a bit of an unpleasant smell to them. I ordered the fruit salad, the smell, cleanliness & poor quality of the fruit meant my food went basically untouched. My partner finished his croissant.

The mission behind the shop is great, & I appreciate the equal employment opportunities. The cats also all looked healthy*. *We saw another review after we went saying the cats are declawed, is this true? We weren't there very long to notice.

Nous avons vraiment préféré l'accueil chaleureux & la délicieuse cuisine du café chats-nous... l'ambiance à ma langue aux chats était rasoir & pas de sourire du personnel en plus d'un long service.
