came here three times during my short trip to quebec city & the coffee & matcha were delicious! the baristas were so nice while i fumbled my way through my order in french, great service every time!

The staff were very friendly & patient with me while I tried to order in French.
The vanilla latte & matcha latte were perfect (about 7cad for large(grand). Not too sweet & the matcha was not too bitter. We also ordered a raspberry cheesecake which was a perfect balance of creamy, sweet & a bit tart. Very satisfied with our afternoon pick me up.

Nice cozy cafe near Old Quebec. Decent selections of drinks & pastries.

Très déçue, j'ai attendu longtemps en file pour commander un latte matcha, pour me faire dire que vous n'avez plus de matcha (même pas pour la journée spécifique mais que vous n'arrivez plus à le commander). Pourquoi ne pas indiquer sur le menu que vous n'avez pas de matcha à offrir? Les clients voient sur votre menu que vous avez du matcha & sont prêts à attendre en file pour le commander. Sachant que c'est un breuvage populaire, c'est quelque chose à considérer. Aussi, il n'y a pas vraiment d'options végétaliennes, les gens avec des intolérances ou régimes végétaliens l'apprécieraient énormément s'il y en avait!

Finding a well-proportioned matcha latte has been difficult in Quebec City, & this shop has come the closest, although a stronger matcha presence would tip the scales. I opted for unsweetened, as is my preference, & with oat milk. The brand of oat milk used is not one of the better barista brands available, but it was still tasty & helped scratch my matcha itch. What needs improvement is the service. In a city where customer service has been impressively friendly, this place was unwelcoming. The woman working the register was icy at best, rude to every single person in line, native speaker or not. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she shouldn't be customer-facing.
