Café La Maison Smith - Plaines d'Abraham is a lovely place to stop for a refreshing drink, a light meal, or a relaxing break while enjoying one of the most beautiful areas in Québec City. The location is excellent, & it is a convenient & pleasant spot whether you are visiting the Plains of Abraham, taking a walk, or simply looking for a comfortable café atmosphere.

We enjoyed our visit & found the experience to be very pleasant. We had the limonade, & it was refreshing & delicious. It was the kind of drink that makes you want to sit down, relax, & take your time while enjoying the surroundings.

The atmosphere is warm & inviting, with a nice balance between a modern café feel & the charm of the historic setting nearby. It is a great place to meet with friends, take a break during a day out, or enjoy a quiet moment with a good drink.

The service was friendly & efficient, which made the visit even better. Everything was handled smoothly, & the staff helped create a welcoming experience from start to finish.

Tasty pastry & an unbeatable location in the center of the Plains of Abraham Park. The coffee drinks were also well prepared.

Our first time here, but we definitely plan to go back. After skating on the Plaines d'Abraham, this is the perfect place to grab a hot drink! The lattes were beautiful & delicious! & the atmosphere is so relaxing! The staff are very friendly, & altogether a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend!

We ordered one white hot chocolate & one classic hot chocolate. First of all, neither of them was hot - honestly, the café itself was warmer than the drinks.
Secondly, the white hot chocolate was supposed to be served with a biscuit, as shown in the photos, but it wasn't. When I mentioned this, I was told that it only had a'biscuit flavour,' which was misleading.
Once we started drinking it, we realized it wasn't white hot chocolate at all - it was just lukewarm milk (definitely not hot).
Overall, very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place.
Unfortunately there is no other option around.

Visited in winter & it was the perfect rest stop to take on a warm pastry & drink to brush the frost off of us.

The food was delicious & fresh & the drinks made perfectly. We were alone in the cafe initially but once more customers arrived the ambience was warm & inviting without feeling loud & on top of us.

Would love to visit again.

Great spot! We were walking for quite a while & stumbled upon this gem in the middle of the Plains of Abraham - it was such a relief. They offer refreshing drinks, including wine, beer, & some amazing coffee concoctions. The croissants were delicious, & the iced teas were perfectly done. A wonderful place to relax & recharge.
