Attentes interminable pour se faire servir, c'est dommage qu'on ne respect pas le temps des gens car les plats sont bon & la terrasse est sympathique. Mais attendre 30min pour se faire servir un croissant jambon fromage avec un autre sandwich déjà préparé & une salade c'est honteux!

J'ai commandé un croissant qui n'est jamais arrivé à ma table. Lorsque j'ai décidé d'aller voir ce qui se passait on m'a dit que le croissant était resté derrière le comptoir & qu'on allait le faire réchauffer. On vient me servir le croissant mais il s'avère qu'il n'est pas celui que j'avais commandé (on m'en sert un de moindre valeur). Je leur présente la situation & les filles gèlent. Aucun désolé, on va vous refaire le bon. J'ai dû demander moi même si c'était possible qu'on me le fasse. On vient me porter ensuite le dit croissant & rien, aucun'désolé pour l'attente & l'erreur'. Service à la clientèle médiocre. La bouffe était bonne & il y a une belle variété de produits. C'est pourquoi j'ai mis un 3 sur 5.

Les pâtisseries n'étaient pas frais du jour (sec, très sec !!)& encore moins des jours précédents, même affaire pour les croissants & les baguettes….pour le prix merci de proposer des produits frais & de qualité, & non des items d'y a quelques jours !!

Le croissant chocolat érable & el chai latte n'avaient aucun gouts. Le chocolat chaud était assez basique . Déçu de ne pas pu avoir gouté aux boissons d'automne & au chocolat à l'ancienne. Beaucoup de choix néanmoins

The chocolatine was nice. Do not get almond croissant - it was the worst thing I've tried. Okay bakery if you are in the area, but it's not worth the trek.
