I ordered a cappuccino & got a latte. That's fine, these things happen. But when I tried to exchange, the waiter argued with me'I've been a barista for 5 years,' etc. When another staff member tried to intervene offering to make the cappuccino, he kept arguing, he wouldn't leave it. Just a really nasty experience that left me feeling quite sad. I don't think we will go back.

Great place to have some coffee & eat (good variety). We've been clients for a while, but last time we went there (today, May 30th), we were puzzled. There was no line; some clients were inside, already eating/drinking; sunny day; we arrived at 5:40pm (it closes at 6pm). We were standing by the cashier waiting to be attended. A young girl was at the cashier,'didn't see us', went back & forth doing random things around the café, never talked to us, never looked at us. We just stood there like idiots for about 5-8 minutes & none of the three girls working noticed us - & nobody else was waiting. Completely bizarre.

Attentes interminable pour se faire servir, c'est dommage qu'on ne respect pas le temps des gens car les plats sont bon & la terrasse est sympathique. Mais attendre 30min pour se faire servir un croissant jambon fromage avec un autre sandwich déjà préparé & une salade c'est honteux!
