L'ambiance bonne, les baristas aimables, le fait de pouvoir observer la torréfaction est un plus. Grand choix de grains de café, pour tous les goûts. J'ai pris un Costa Rica Las Lajas, procédé:Miel, en V60 goût subtile mais agréable avec un côté fruité & doux. J'ai pas pu m'empêcher de jeter un coup d'oeil au café de mon voisin qui a eu droit à une tulipe parfaitement exécutée sur son café.

J'ai découvert Cantook lors d'un passage à Québec l'hiver dernier. Je me souviens de l'ambiance chaleureuse & d'une discussion improvisée & passionnée à propos d'un des cafés nouvellement torréfié sur place. Lors de mon passage aujourd'hui, je ne voulais pas manqué l'occasion d'une visite. Le café est excellent, l'atmosphère agréable. Dans le vieux Québec, j'ai trouvé beaucoup de surfait ou de mal fait. Cantook, c'est du parfait!

Amazing coffee! We got the pour over one day (you can choose your own beans) & came back for the cold brew. You can see the cold brew being made in the cafe - very cool! Would highly recommend.
