Cafés en grains à des prix très corrects.
Yrgacheffe en 3 torréfactions, j'ai choisi la moyenne. Je le trouve un peu léger à mon goût, mais rien de bien grave. Le Papouasie N.G, choisi aussi en moyenne torréfaction, pas assez corsé lui aussi, mais... Bonne dégustation quand-même.
(Malheureusement les extractions ont été effectuées sur machine automatique Delonghi)
Prochain achat en torréfaction foncée pour tester. À bientôt 😉

Le café était délicieux.
Cependant une question : peut-on choisir les grains pour son café ? En effet, lorsque j'avais posé la question, la serveuse m'avait dit non mais en lisant les commentaires, on dirait que c'est possible :) M'avait-elle menti ou est-ce un changement depuis peu de temps ?

bon café! endroit super mignon avec une grande variété de grains. les employés sont gentils & le service est rapide. il y avait également choix de pâtisseries. quelques endroits à l'extérieur pour s'installer🌟

Très belle expérience. Étant nouvellement déménagée dans la région & cherchant un nouveau café à proximité, l'employée a pris le temps de discuter avec moi & de guider mon choix vers le grain qui s'approcherait le plus de mes goûts. Délicieux, merci beaucoup pour ce service impeccable & attentionné!

L'ambiance bonne, les baristas aimables, le fait de pouvoir observer la torréfaction est un plus. Grand choix de grains de café, pour tous les goûts. J'ai pris un Costa Rica Las Lajas, procédé:Miel, en V60 goût subtile mais agréable avec un côté fruité & doux. J'ai pas pu m'empêcher de jeter un coup d'oeil au café de mon voisin qui a eu droit à une tulipe parfaitement exécutée sur son café.

Depuis que j'ai essayé leur café en grain pour mon espresso (savane zombie & don eli el llano) je ne peux plus retourner en arrière, c'est définitivement un des meilleurs cafés à Québec.

Pour déguster le petit café tout confortant, découvrir de nouvelles saveurs ou acheter les grains de café pour la maison. Le service y est toujours sympa.
