L'ambiance bonne, les baristas aimables, le fait de pouvoir observer la torréfaction est un plus. Grand choix de grains de café, pour tous les goûts. J'ai pris un Costa Rica Las Lajas, procédé:Miel, en V60 goût subtile mais agréable avec un côté fruité & doux. J'ai pas pu m'empêcher de jeter un coup d'oeil au café de mon voisin qui a eu droit à une tulipe parfaitement exécutée sur son café.

I greatly enjoyed sipping my delicious pour over while sitting in the front window of the storefront. I was thankful they have Wi-Fi as I had to get some work done while sitting there. I I have a wide selection of roasts from which to choose. I could not make up my mind. The service was great. So, after a quick discussion with the kind person behind the counter, I selected their Costa Rican. The entire experience was great & it reminded me to enjoy the coffee & the atmosphere.
