Super busy in the morning but only 2 workers - 1 taking orders & 1 making drinks, the cashier helped when possible but drinks took quite long. I ordered a cappuccino which was delicious, but it wasn't really a cappuccino, it was more like a latte. Not the best in Québec in my opinion, but a lovely choice if you're in the area. Curious to try the beans but had no space in my carry on to bring it home (sad face).

The best cafe in Quebec city. They have medium roasted beans here with a variety of blend & single origin coffee. I tried an espresso & a V60 & they were both really good. Highly recommend!

Delicious coffee roasted on site (the roaster is right out on the floor for all to admire), helpful staff, & a museum-like display of coffee roasting, grinding, & brewing equipment.
