What can I say? Absolutely sublime.
My partner & I ordered Ojja avec Merguez, Couscous avec Poulet & Sandwich Tawouk. The flavours, textures, & temperature were PERFECT. This is the epitome of authentic, homemade delight; food cooked with love & care.
I have never had chicken this tender & juicy, nor couscous with enough bite & exploding notes of spices.
You cannot miss out on Carthage Experience!
Excellent excellent food!! I ordered a variety of dishes including the Ojja, chicken couscous, & chicken pita & all was top notch. Great quality ingredients it felt like a genuine home cooked meal absolutely delicious! The chicken was so tender & the food arrived so fast. Also insane prices!! You would pay 15-20$ for a proper full meal. Highly recommend!!

Le meilleur restaurant à Québec. bien manger bien accueilli merci pour le bon couscous
Came to Quebec City a few months back for a trip with friends & easily one of, if not the best meal I had in the city. The restaurant interior was very nice was decorated with art, carvings, & motifs from Tunisia & North Africa. Community seemed tight-knit between the owners & regular customers & I really respected the hospitality from the restaurant managers. Our group even got a complementary salad (not sure if this was because our group was ~7 though). I ordered the Couscous Tunisien which was around 23 CAD, the dish had an amazing flavor with hearty chunks of lamb & potatoes to combo the couscous. Portion size was definitely worth the price-or even more-& the manager even offered to wrap our seconds with plastic wrap on an aluminum tin so we could take some back to the hotel. Overall, I recommend Carthage Express to anyone visiting Quebec City.
