In Quebec, Jean-Luc Boulay and Arnaud Marchand, supported by a passionate team, have been standing up to the challenge of inventing quebec inspired northern cuisine since 2012. Un resto qui mérite ses étoiles & la reconnaissance par le guide Michelin. Les brunchs sont bons mais on préfère y manger le soir pour sa fameuse soupe à l'oignon & ses plats toujours aussi surprenants pour les papilles. Service toujours impeccable.

My family enjoyed brunch here twice during our visit to Quebec City because we enjoyed it so much, & would love to visit again for dinner! Everything was delicious without being too high brow to actually be enjoyable. - We actually had our small kiddo with us & he loved everything as much as we did. The highlights were the trout brunch dish & the foia gras appetizer. We also really loved the little juices & sweets to accompany the meal, which made it feel special. As a side note, we visited their sister shop to grab pastries one morning & those were amazing too!

Had brunch there & ordered Le Pêcheur. It was very nicely made & quite tasty!
I never had a beer mimosa before, but that was good too!

Loved the place, like the decoration of the place, warm lights & comfortable seats, the taste of the food is amazing.
I loved my brunch. The price clearly justify the quality & all of it.

Bien aimé, beaucoup de monde & mon plat médiocre. Le brunch copieux que j'ai pris n'étais pas à mon goût...la viande trop cuite, le jaune d'oeuf ne coulait pas...je crois que la qualité a baissé..
Trop de monde à servir, baisse la qualité de la nourriture & du service. Ayant été avant & était meilleur! Il y a qq années de cela & avant Covide!!!

Brunch du samedi. Potage du jour, un velouté aux champignons, tellement doux en bouche avec un fumet très réconfortant. Le Pêcheur en plat principal, de la truite dans une sauce aux câpres extrêmement raffiné. & pour dessert une crème brûlée au miel parfaitement équilibrée. Tout était savoureux, & ce n'était qu'un brunch!
