Le resto est super beau, super chaleureux. Le service est hors pair!! Je recommandes! Seul petit bémol, j'aurais préféré du bon fromage québécois qui fait quick quick dans ma petite poutine qui accompagnait mon déjeuner que du fromage style « burger king ». Pour ce qui est du dessert, la crème brulée était excellente & bien craquante sur le dessus.

Sur le service rien a dire j'ai trouvé ca exceptionnel surtout dans une période ou le service se perds beaucoup, un grand merci a notre serveuse pour son travail de qualité vraiment. Sur la cuisine, c'était trés bon mais pas exceptionnel. Déçu par le dessert le vacherin cassis & glace au miel qui manquait de douceur & d'équilibre a la dégustation, le cassis emportant malheureusement tout rendant le tout acide & légerement amer. Petit bémol dans mon plat sur le pop corn dans le cavatelli qui n'apporte aucune valeur ajouté. Je trouve que cela aurait été meilleur sans & plus fondant a chaque bouchée. Encore une fois cela reste trés bon mais vu le prix des bons restaurants aujourd'hui j'en attends un peu plus.

Delicious scallops for a starter (picture below) followed by the bison cut of the day as well as the bison rib special which my partner & I ate half & then swapped (forgot to photograph). We enjoyed the wine recommendations as well, but sadly too full to try a dessert. Great atmosphere & service by Fanny.

Food was good but not what was expected based on all the reviews. They were out of all specials at our 8:30 pm reservation which was made a month in advance. The restaurant is large with lots of tables - not on the positive side. Ambiance lacking. Our female server was always antsy & hurried. She never slowed down to speak to us about anything & basically just acted as an order taker. If we hesitated at all with our ordering (cocktails, etc.) she would run off. The terrine de foie gras app was the only exceptional thing about our visit. The main courses were good, not great ( beef cheeks, chicken, flat iron.) We opted out of desserts due to lackluster food & service. We had much better experiences overall at other establishments during our week in QC.

Meilleur repas des derniers mois, & je vais souvent au restaurant! Des entrées aux desserts, tout était parfait! Je recommande le boudin & la joue de boeuf. Mémorable!

Vegan choices for mains & dessert but they're still the consolation prize, not amazing taste. The 1 non vegan dish I had, petoncles crus, scallops crudo, was out of this world just wonderful. Wine list was full but not highly varied to all tastes.
