With their rigorous climate marked by a distinct seasonal cycle, northern territories are gifted with unique fauna and flora adapted to their extreme reality: game, fresh water fish, wild fruit, forest mushrooms, lichen… inspired by these unique elements, a rising number of chefs are exploring this once neglected exceptional culinary legacy.

Nous avons adoré comme toujours. Accueil, service & ambiance extra.
Les plats de nos conjoints étaient impeccables. Ils ont choisi le bison comme met principal & l'entrée de buffala & poêlée de champignons. Les frites Pont-Neuf! Un must! Menoum
Mon entrée: Les raviolettis ont été servis température pièce la sauce était un peu trop acidulée & gélatineuse à mon goût. J'ai moins aimé ce plat. À revoir selon moi.
Notre plat principal duo de veau. Très belle combinaison des éléments: betteraves, lentilles, ris de veau délicieux. Présentation appétissante & plat généreux. Bémol, le veau n'était pas tendre. Ma belle-soeur & moi, l'avons trouvé difficile à mastiquer.
Les desserts: profiteroles...Le paradis!
La tarte à l'argousier, original & délicieuse.

Well done all around. This was our second time dining at your restaurant. In September we dined as a group of eight. Our recent visit was four of us. Each of those 12 meals, from appetizers to desserts, was well conceived & executed. The bison my wife & I had on our recent visit was as tender & tasty as any meat dish we can remember.

What really makes a dining experience is the service. We were warmly greeted on arrive. Both waiters we had on our visits were professionally attentive, knowledgeable about food & wine menus & pleasant, relatable human beings. An A+ dining experiences. We will return next time we visit the city.

Really loved the food & the ambiance, the service also was great, would've been perfect if the portions/plates had a bit more food/quantity, I had to order extra desserts to really get full. I would definitely recommend & go back again.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait que la cuisine valorise le terroir québécois avec des produits locaux, même si tous ne sont pas de saison. Côté menu, on pourrait sentir un peu plus l'ail noir dans l'entrée au bison, par contre coup de coeur pour la joue de boeuf braisée, la tarte à l'argousier, & le pain de chez Borderon. J'en remangerais aujourd'hui !

Tel qu'attendu , pour notre deuxième visite, nous avons été enchantés par la qualité des plats servis.
Nous avons été déçus par
Contre par le dessert (tarte sucre & fromage ) qui se veut finalement un gâteau au fromage bien simple & plutôt fade dans ses saveurs, pour le prix de 21$
Le sorbet était par contre des plus savoureux!

The scallops were too salty, the food was not hot enough verging on cold, we weren't offered tea or coffee with our dessert. Overall, disappointed, doubtful we'll return or recommend.

J'ai été déçu par le repas. La nourriture était fraiche & de qualité, mais sans WOW.
L'entrée était ordinaire, on goûtait beaucoup plus la garniture que la protéine.
Quant au plat, c'était bon, mais rien d'exceptionnel.

Cependant, le dessert était particulièrement excellent.
Dans l'ensemble tout était bon, mais considérant la renommé de la place, & la qualité du chef, je m'attendais à quelque chose de plus exceptionnel.
