Service trop rapide. On nous sert notre entrée avant notre vin & notre dessert alors que nos verres de vin étaient encore pleins. Réservation à 18h30, nous étions de retour à la maison à Sainte-Foy, à 20h15.

o Was looking forward to appetizer (onion soup) but was never brought to table. Waitress apologized & took it off bill but better customer service would have been to offer an alternative such as a free dessert. It set bad tone for the remainder of dinner. Butcher cut hanger steak perfectly cooked but serving was skimpy for the price at only 3 small pieces, & the maple glaze mixed into the beet sauce such that I could not get distinct flavor of either - food was poorly plated. Hopefully will have better experience at next visit.

Accueil un peu expéditif & on aurait apprécié de se faire offrir le vestiaire. Entrée, accord net vin super. Magret très bon accompagnement mais certaine durete du morceau servi... dessert correct

Nous étions ravie de la nourriture au début (très bien présenté & bon en général; sauf le poisson était trop salé)
Le dessert était super aussi.
Au retour toutes le deux on a eu une diarrhée aiguë malheureusement ça a gâcher notre expérience; quelques chose était pas propre ou pas fraîche malheureusement.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. I only went because it was attached to my hotel & I have low expectations for hotel affiliated restaurants, but they blew me away! I had the duo blood pudding & cabbage pudding, & the flavor complexity was outstanding. The server was also super lovely. I didn't have the dessert, but the couple next to me ended up ordering two rounds of the crème brûlée because they loved it so much! The one tiny note is that the music playing didn't quite match the atmosphere. Don't get me wrong, I love the Yeah Yeah Yeahs & Vampire Weekend, but it's not the music I would have paired with my meal. Overall lovely experience.

Superb, from the cocktails (classics had a new twist) to the desserts. Everything is a bit unexpected in the best way. Although very elevated, portions are not skimpy. Highly recommend.

C'était l'anniversaire de ma conjointe, c'était mentionné sur la réservation.... Il n'y a rien eu pour le souligner. Je pensais à la limite une chandelle sur le dessert. Mise à part ça le tout était très bien.

The best meal we had in Quebec City!

The onion soup was savory sweet goodness that came with a crispy piece of cheese.

The beef cheeks just melt in your mouth. The butcher’s cut beef was tender & the fries were perfect - crispy on the outside & soft inside.

Our dessert (pudding with maple syrup) was delicious as well.

Service was lovely. Attentive & we did not feel rushed despite not having a reservation.

Competent, nice service but the were too busy for him to pay enough attention to us. Salad came out the same time as entree & waited 30 minutes for check. Cheese plate & entrees were excellent, dessert wasn't in same league. Solid wine by glass program.
