In Quebec, Jean-Luc Boulay and Arnaud Marchand, supported by a passionate team, have been standing up to the challenge of inventing quebec inspired northern cuisine since 2012. We had a lovely evening at Chez Boulay-bistro boréal. Our meal was delicious - the scallops were divine! - & the atmosphere was wonderful & relaxing. We had THE most attentive server, Marie, who was lively & engaging, provided excellent recommendations, & checked on us throughout the evening without being overly intrusive, making our visit very comfortable. When Marie discovered we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, our dessert arrived accompanied by a sparkler. Mille mercis! This attention to detail, including the lovely meal we enjoyed, made it a memorable evening. We highly recommend visiting Chez Boulay-bistro boréal.

Excellent service & quality of food.
Would have given 5 stars however a basic Cosmopolitan cocktail was not at all good.
Would highly recommend the restaurant.

Most excellent service. Great contemporary ambiance. The food was unique & delicious. There were berries & greens I had never heard of before that had great flavor. I felt sad when each plate was finished. Highly recommend.

Make sure to make reservations because this place is popular! Everything was delicious. I had the beef cheeks & the meat was so tender. The fries I had on the side were delicious as well. For dessert, I highly recommend the ice cream sandwich.

We LOVED everything. We got one of every appetizer except the cheese board & every single one was amazing. We shared the beef cheek & would highly recommend!! It was so tender & delicious. Service was amazing as well. Can't wait to come back one day.
