Had a wonderful time dining here. The servers were very accommodating in both French & English. Food was also delicious & very reasonable pricing for the quality of food. The ambiance made it feel like fine dining & at an affordable price. Highly recommend!

I made the reservation for 6 people on March 19th for July 16th & arrived to be seated in a very tight booth designed for only 4 people at the back of the restaurant beside the kitchen. We were uncomfortable, but the food was excellent & great value. The terrine of fois gras & onion soup were fantastic, & the chicken, cod, & shoulder of beef were delicious & you must order the potato purée! For dessert you must try the pot de chocolat & the crème prise. Highly recommended, but only bring your top two friends!

Fantastic food & dining experience. Highly recommend the French onion soup! I honestly think it was the best soup I have ever had. 2/4 of our party ordered the French onion soup to start, but after seeing our reactions the rest of the party ordered it as well.

This was on of the best meals we've had during our trip to Quebec! The food was freshly made with local ingredients, & the savors were very unique as a result! The presentation was also refined & respected the complex yet harmonious taste of the terroir of Quebec! Would highly recommend without hesitation. Make sure to leave some room for the amazing assortment of desserts!

Absolutely wonderful experience. The meal was exquisite & the best I have ever had. The service was also fantastic. Our waiter Philip was a delight. He knew the menu, made great recommendations & was very attentive to our table. I would highly recommend!

Excellent meal! The Arctic char & gin-soaked cod were impeccably cooked. Love it! The cheese platter appetizer was divine & the crème brûlée was perfect to finish off our last meal in Quebec City. Friendly service & lovely decor. Highly recommend Chez Boulay!!
