Très bon service, les mets sont excellents & les recommandations du vin pour l'accompagnement était parfait. Mon copain a pris la joue braisée du moment (bison ce jour-là) & trouvait la portion un peu petite, toutefois le goût était exquis. J'ai pour ma part opté pour l'épaule d'agneau & ma portion était parfaite pour mon appétit (assez gros en général), la sauce + légumes = wow! Je recommande sans hésitation pour ces 2 plats!

Quelle belle soirée!
Après un an de confinement c'était notre 1re sortie au resto.
Excellent repas & service!
Tarlette à la camerise & pain de viande au loup de mer, joue de boeuf & la morue poëllée
Hugo notre serveur, était très gentil & attentionné. Il voulait vraiment que l'expérience soit agréable. Réussi!

Très agréable soirée.
Accueil courtois, service impeccable , très bonne connaissance des produits, tant alcool que nourriture.
Belle équipe où il est palpable de sentir la chimie entre chacun. Soucieux de l expérience du client.
Plats impeccables, joue de boeuf d une tendreté exquise. Je suis dans le domaine de la restauration.
Bravo & continuez le beau travail & longue vie à votre maison.
Ps. Super votre sélection de gin québécois[ajouter le Mugo] vous en serez ravis.

Succulent! Différent par sa touche boréal (bouleau, sapin, ...). Un vrai régal. Nos coups de coeur : purée de fèves dans la salade, joue de boeuf & sorbets. Service attentionné

Deuxième visite un peu décevante en comparaison avec la toute première qui nous avait emballée.
Personnel courtois,excellent service mais entrée de tomate extrêmement ordinaire....16,00 $
pour une tranche de tomate pas mûre....la joue de boeuf excellente mais manque d' originalité dans l'accompagnement de légumes. Bonne variété de vin.
Bref prochaine visite à Quebec on passe à autre chose.

J'ai pris un magret de canard qui était très difficile à mastiquer & qui avait beaucoup de gras

Mon épouse a pris de la joues de boeuf qui était très bonne & bien cuite
