Belle experience. Cependant, notre serveuse bien que très sympathique était un petit peu trop familière. Pour la qualité du restaurant, j'aimerais un peu plus de retenue mais rien de bien grave.

Ayant toujours bien apprécié nos expériences culinaires chez vous pour le repas du soir nous étions un peu déçu par la qualité du repas du brunch hier. Mon conjoint était franchement insatisfait de son choix, la randonnée. Mon amie a choisi l'option champignons qui selon elle était bon mais moins impressionnant que l'option poisson essayée lors d'un brunch chez vous il y a quelques semaines. D'ailleurs c'est elle qui a suggéré notre visite d'hier suite à sa meilleure expérience chez vous le mois dernier. Pour ma part j'étais bien contente de mon choix, la ferme. Notre serveuse était bien efficace & polie. Malgré mes commentaires par rapport à notre brunch d'hier je n'hésiterai pas à retourner au Bistro Boulay- pour le souper plutôt que pour un brunch

Tel qu'attendu , pour notre deuxième visite, nous avons été enchantés par la qualité des plats servis.
Nous avons été déçus par
Contre par le dessert (tarte sucre & fromage ) qui se veut finalement un gâteau au fromage bien simple & plutôt fade dans ses saveurs, pour le prix de 21$
Le sorbet était par contre des plus savoureux!

c'était la première que nous retournions Chez Boulay, pour le brunch, depuis la pandémie. Nous avions hâte d'y retourner car l'expérience gustative de notre dernière fois avait été exquise. Eh bien, nous n'avons pas été déçus. C'était tout aussi exquis. Merci d'investir dans la qualité de la nourriture que vous servez à votre clientèle.

J'ai été déçu par le repas. La nourriture était fraiche & de qualité, mais sans WOW.
L'entrée était ordinaire, on goûtait beaucoup plus la garniture que la protéine.
Quant au plat, c'était bon, mais rien d'exceptionnel.

Cependant, le dessert était particulièrement excellent.
Dans l'ensemble tout était bon, mais considérant la renommé de la place, & la qualité du chef, je m'attendais à quelque chose de plus exceptionnel.
