Une des plus belles expériences gastronomiques du Vieux-Québec. On y va une fois & c'est assuré que nous y retournons avec toujours un très grand plaisir! Une table du terroir exceptionnelle préparé par le Chef Arnaud Marchand, l'un des premiers gagnants de l'Émission Les Chefs! De l'entrée très recherchée jusqu'au plat principal vous aurez le plaisir de partir à la découverte des saveures. & que dire du dessert qui vous apportera au paradis...du sucre mais bien équilibré. J'adore la soupe à l'oignon capucino aux champignons. Pour plat principal, un grand classique du restaurant, la joue de boeuf braisée. & pour dessert, la tarte à l'argousier meringuée crème anglaise. Un vraie délice! Une très belle carte des vins pourra accompagner votre repas. Il y a également une belle sélection de bières & de cocktails variés. Je vous recommande fortement un arrêt Chez Boulay, soit au lunch ou encore mieux pour le dîner le soir. Vous serez enchanté & c'est officiel que vous voudrez y revenir en famille ou entre amiEs. Bon appétit!

Went on a Saturday night with my family including my rather particular parents. All were very impressed with the service, atmosphere, & most importantly the food. We ordered 4 appetizers including the mushrooms & the char carpaccio & they were phenomenal. For entrees, we got the chicken, char, scallops & red snapper bisque. All were excellent & are recommended. We found the pricing for the food & the bottles of wine to be extremely fair. We will definitely be going back on our next trip to Quebec.

Très délicieux! Pour moi, l'attente n'était pas du tout longue & les portions étaient généreuses. Je recommande la crème brûlée !

Celebrated a birthday here & the food was great! Service was a little slow but overall, definitely recommend for dinner. We shared a few different apps & mains, the arctic char carpaccio app was a favourite. They also had a special "snowball" dessert for the carnival, 10/10!

Service parfait ! Un peu bruyant. Nourriture très bonne, mais l'omble juste avec des petits pois, ça aurait pu être un peu plus travaillé. Le bison & le boeuf étaient très bons.
