In Quebec, Jean-Luc Boulay and Arnaud Marchand, supported by a passionate team, have been standing up to the challenge of inventing quebec inspired northern cuisine since 2012. Très beau restaurant. Nous allons y retourner pour sur. Cocktail un peu cher, mais ça va avec le cadre.
La soupe à l'oignon & la joue de boeuf : duo imbattable !!! Je recommande vivement.
J'ai pris l'entrée au poisson blanc, Coregone. Frais, joliment présenté & vivifiant.
Plat principal, le bar. Excellent plat avec une sauce incroyable. Les poireaux sont grillés & fondants. Seul bémol, les moules marinières étaient trop cuites. Elles étaient rendues en lambeaux & caoutchteuses.

The menu is unique, with great food & lovely plating. Service was super friendly with bright & cheery staff. The price was more than reasonable too. Highly recommend it!

An amazing meal! We had the flat iron steak & the beef cheek, both were incredible. Outstanding service, perfect amount of attention. A little bit loud, but I guess that's because it's busy because it's so good. Highly recommend!

Went for brunch & had the most delicious trout dish with a sunflower pesto. One of my favorite things I ate on my trip to QC. The meal came with coffee & bread. Service was delightful & the atmosphere was perfect for a nice relaxed brunch. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Fantastic restaurant in the heart of the old city! Most likely the best table within the walls!
Waiter was informed of our dietary restrictions & helped us navigate the menu & explained every component & details of every dish we chose, it was simply an amazing experience. We had some very good laughs with the waiter, they are all kind & always in a good mood! & once we did receive our food, we were savouring every bite & had our fill with a shared appetizer, each an entré, & each a dessert. Definitely a goto for unique flavours.

The seating area is quite large & is busy practically every night of the week, we went on a Thursday evening in the last weeks of January & every seat was taken! We were expecting a little quieter but that comes with the territory with having a fantastic restaurant in the old city.

For the quality of dish you get, I don't think you could pay a better price in the old city; definitely recommended to anyone I know passing in the area.

Loved my meal here!! I'm a pescatarian & the waiter was great at helping me navigate the menu. I ordered a crab cake style appetizer & a scallop & vegetable entree & both were incredible. The other photos I added are what my family got & also loved (meaty items). The desserts were excellent as well! Highly recommend!

Superbe brunch! Les assiettes étaient savoureuses, bien présentées & pleines de belles saveurs boréales. Le service était chaleureux & attentionné du début à la fin. Une ambiance agréable & des plats originaux qui sortent du brunch traditionnel. Je recommande vivement!
