Cocktails très harmonieux dans leurs saveurs.
Pain un peu décevant, aurait pu être plus frais, sa croûte était ramollie...
Risotto d'épeautre (un des plats du moment): saveurs fantastiques, beau jeu de texture, très riche cependant.
Crème brûlée aux petits fruits: beaucoup de petits fruits dans la portion, & croûte de sucre assez épaisse, alors il y a globalement moins de crème dans la portion que ce qu'on voudrait. La crème était parfaitement lisse & très agréable en bouche, par contre.

Dommage car notre souper avait bien débuté avec des entrées sublimes. Au niveau du plat principal j'ai été déçu, trop de bouffe & manque d'équilibre dans les saveurs. Tout goûtait la même chose.

Plat certes originaux mais manquant de saveurs. Je n'ai pas été convaincue par le foie gras en entree ni par le poisson.
