Nous avions beaucoup d'attentes car nous avions eu de belles expériences .
Premièrement nous notons que la carte est un peu courte en choix principal ,& qu'il y a un supplément dans 2 des 3 propositions pour le prix de base de 30$ un peu excessif,.
Notre plat de sébaste généreux & fort bien présenté a été servi froid .Nous avons dû le faire réchauffer & l'attendre au moins 10 minutes.C'est étonnant pour un restaurant de votre qualité & ce n'est pas l'affluence qui justifiait cela.Le pudding au chômeur bénéficierait d'être servi chaud afin d'en apprécier toutes les saveurs .Par ailleurs le service ètait excellent
En somme un expérience mitigée .

Tout était divin: la macreuse de boeuf, le flétan de la Nouvelle-Ecosse. Mon coup de coeur par contre était le carpaccio d'omble, j'en aurai mangé comme plat principal & comme dessert. Une foule de saveurs dans toutes les bouchées de l'entrée au dessert. Un service chaleureux, jovial & enveloppant qui nous avait manqué depuis longtemps.

Une très belle expérience culinaire, les plats sont bien exécutés avec une belle balance des saveurs. Le pain de viande de loup marin était un vrai délice!
