o Was looking forward to appetizer (onion soup) but was never brought to table. Waitress apologized & took it off bill but better customer service would have been to offer an alternative such as a free dessert. It set bad tone for the remainder of dinner. Butcher cut hanger steak perfectly cooked but serving was skimpy for the price at only 3 small pieces, & the maple glaze mixed into the beet sauce such that I could not get distinct flavor of either - food was poorly plated. Hopefully will have better experience at next visit.

We were disappointed in the food. The onion soup was more of a stew of onions & cream. It was heavy & not a soup. My chard again was smothered in sauce & surrounded by frozen peas. Again heavy & just not appealing. Unfortunately I could not recommend to food. Frankly, I am surprised that it is so popular.

La soupe à l'oignon & la bajou de boeuf étaient succulent très bon service & excellente nourriture mais honnêtement 13$ pour une pinte de boréal , il ne faut pas chomé non plus

Excellent Omble de Chevalier!. Délicieux! Soupe. à l'oignon, le cappucinno était un peu trop présent. On doit trouver une façon de couper le froid qui entre directement sur les personnes au bar. Merci

Notre présence au restaurant fait suite a l'utilisation de certificat cadeau de la FORFAITERIE (nuitée au Manoir Victorias & repas chez Boulay). Ce n'était pas la première fois que nous utilisions ce procédé. Malheureusement ce sera la dernière fois!!! l'hôtel n'a pas respecter le forfait inscrit sur le certificat & a exigé un supplément de 50$ . Cette façon de faire nous a surprise & grandement choqué! La formule de nuitée a l'Hôtel & d'un soupé nous plaisait mais ne sera plus reconduite dans les circonstance....
