Excellente 1 ere expérience chez boulay , joue de boeuf , bison, soupe a l oignon raffinee & délectable, excellent vin vendu que le double du prix , les plats sont copieux très bien accompagnés avec des légumes ou produits de terroir québécois , le service est parfait , mention honorable à fleurent sympathique serveur efficace.

Chez Boulay is a nice option for dining. The pate en croute & carpaccio of char were really good appetizers. My friend was very happy with the onion soup he had. Beef cheek & scallops for the main - très délicieux. However, duck breast & pan seared fois gras - something I would not order again, hence 4 stars. Overall good experience & nice atmosphere.

Had a New Year's Eve dinner here. The appetizers were amazing, especially the smoked fish. Braised Beef was delicious. However, 2 in our party ordered the steak that came in cold. French onion soup is a must have here, delish!

Un resto qui mérite ses étoiles & la reconnaissance par le guide Michelin. Les brunchs sont bons mais on préfère y manger le soir pour sa fameuse soupe à l'oignon & ses plats toujours aussi surprenants pour les papilles. Service toujours impeccable.

Un peu déçu du souper, beau resto, belle ambiance mais vraiment moyen la nourriture. Le pain servi a table est sec, soupe a l'oignon délicieuse. Entrée de pâte avec encore le pain grillé trop sec. Le repas de pétoncle est bon mais les flancs de porc sont 80% du gras. Frites a cotées bonne mais molle (des frites cela doit être croustillant). La joue était superbe mais le genre de pesto moutarde était vraiment super amer & désagréable. Les desserts (tarte argousier) bonne mais trop sucrée & le chou carrément pas bon, pas frais, on aurait di que cela fait 3 jours qu'il était fait & franchement beaucoup mais beaucoup trop sucré. Donc dans l'ensemble, décevant pour le prix.

Après avoir passé d'excellentes vacances dans Charlevoix, nous avons couronné le tout avec un dîner mémorable chez Boulay. L'ambiance était magnifique, mais le repas l'était encore plus.
La soupe à l'oignon, dont j'avais tant entendu parler, a largement été à la hauteur de sa réputation. Le sébaste était une excellente option pour les pescetariens. Ma compagne a savouré chacune des bouchées de son repas. Enfin, les desserts étaient généreux & parfaits pour partager.
