J'assistais au brunch pour la première fois, alors que j'avais dîner chez vous une ou deux fois & souper en été à au moins deux reprises. Une première expérience à votre resto pour l'ami qui m'accompagnait. L'expérience ne fût pas à la hauteur de mes attentes, contrairement aux expériences passées, notamment en raison du service. La serveuse semblait impatiente devant les qq questions posées sur le contenu du menu, alors qu'il nous avait été présenté très rapidement. Le plat principal fut servi si rapidement après le premier café, sans nous demander si ça convenait, qu'on avait l'impression qu'il fallait libérer la place au plus vite. Malheureusement une expérience un peu décevante pour la personne à qui j'avais recommandé le resto.

Great food & service! The Onion Soup is a must. The Boar Butcher Cut was the best I have ever had. Just a really nice place & highly recommended. Wish I remembered the servers name, but he was extremely helpful with the menu & nice throughout the meal.

Ayant toujours bien apprécié nos expériences culinaires chez vous pour le repas du soir nous étions un peu déçu par la qualité du repas du brunch hier. Mon conjoint était franchement insatisfait de son choix, la randonnée. Mon amie a choisi l'option champignons qui selon elle était bon mais moins impressionnant que l'option poisson essayée lors d'un brunch chez vous il y a quelques semaines. D'ailleurs c'est elle qui a suggéré notre visite d'hier suite à sa meilleure expérience chez vous le mois dernier. Pour ma part j'étais bien contente de mon choix, la ferme. Notre serveuse était bien efficace & polie. Malgré mes commentaires par rapport à notre brunch d'hier je n'hésiterai pas à retourner au Bistro Boulay- pour le souper plutôt que pour un brunch

Les mets étaient excellents, à commencer par la soupe aux oignons.... & le poisson. Excellent service, attentionné, rapide. Merci & bonne & fructueuse année à toute l'équipe!

Soupe à l'oignon délicieuse, mais pas très chaude.
Entrée de Carpaccio d' omble très bien.
Repas : joue de boeuf excellente mais pas très chaude.
Macreuse, correct sans plus. Mais ces accompagnements étaient très bien.

I was surprised by the heavy cream in the French onion soup; delicious but too rich for my soup taste. The creme brulee was perfect. We had a lovely relaxed evening.
