Belle soirée chez Boulé bistro boréal. Notre serveur Florent a été très professionnel mais très sympathique. Nous a recommandé un vin qui n'était pas sur la liste. Il nous a fait apprécié notre soirée. Pour la nourriture tout était vraiment bon. La macreuse était super tendre, le flétan cuit à la perfection. L'utilisation des épices boréales était magique. À refaire à notre prochain passage à Québec.

Quel excellent resto, personnel très compétent qui a répondu à nos demandes & qui n'a pas hésité à remplacer une entrée qui était un peu froide & le souper était exquis agrémenté d'une excellente bouteille de vin rouge

Bon repas. Ambiance décontractée. Pièce de viande, macreuse, cuite saignante telle que demandée. Bons desserts. Les vins sont très très chers ce qui rend la facture salée au final.

Bonne idée d'encourager les viticulteurs québécois mais, de grâce, goûter le vin avant de vous engager.! Celui qu'on nous a offert était IMBUVABLE.

Trop de monde dans le restaurant, pas assez d'espace entre les tables ce qui fait que c'est extrêmement bruyant. Le menu? étrange.....
