Nos papilles ont été charmées! Tout est réfléchi, les textures, les saveurs, le visuel. Tout allait ensemble, quel délice! Je pourrais nommer ce que nous avons mangé mais j'en aurais pour longtemps à en faire la description.
Bon service apprécié. La serveuse connaissait les vins à la carte. Nous avons aussi vraiment apprécié l'utilisation des produits du Québec. Wow! Merci encore, nous renouvellerons l"expérience lors de notre prochain séjour à Québec.😊

Incroyable restaurant, le menu est une invitation à des expériences culinaires inhabituelles & met en avant des ingrédients québécois probablement introuvables dans un autre restaurant de Québec . Le résultat était à la hauteur des espérances, tout était délicieux, bien présenté & original. Service impeccable malgré l'affluence. Carte de vins très intéressante mais certains vins au verre n'étaient plus disponibles. Prix raisonnables au vu de la qualité. Salle extrêmement bruyante malheureusement.

La nourriture était excellente & notre serveur attentionné.
Nous avons été déçu par le vin peut être un sommelier aurait pu mieux nous conseiller.
Mais belle soirée nous continuerons à faire découvrir votre restaurant à nos visiteurs.

Un incontournable quand on visite Québec. L'accueil, le service , la nourriture & carte de vins, tout est exceptionnel & bien travaillé. On nous a proposé un petit salon privé pour devancer la réservation, très gentil comme attention & Florent est un serveur dynamique, investi dans son travail, on a vraiment apprécié. Quelle belle soirée.
