Les plats ne m'ont pas impressionné. C'était tiède & très peu goûteux. Le dessert par contre était excellent. Service attentionné & belle ambiance. Bonne carte des vins.

Nous y sommes allés pour bruncher & c'était excellent! Le serveur était vraiment bien, bonne connaissance du menu & disponible. Une ambiance chaleureuse pour un samedi matin (23/12/2023) juste avant Noël.

Bonjour,
La plupart des points sont positifs à la suite de notre visite d'hier & nous avons vécu une expérience très agréable dans l'ensemble. Cinq bémols cependant :
- Foie gras poêlé : il aurait dû faire l'attention d'un déveinage plus consciencieux (on se battait parfois avec le couteau pour trancher certains morceaux)
- Le plat de doré était bien mais manquait un peu de raffinement (saveur & dressage) comparativement aux autres plats présentés
- Nous avions besoin de conseils pour la sélection du (ou des vins). Il aurait été apprécié de pouvoir bénéficier des conseils du sommelier (peut-être n'était-il pas en poste hier).
- Le choix musical. Sincèrement, je crois que c'est le bémol qui m'a le plus agacée. La musique du jour est bienvenue évidemment, mais il n'y avait pas d'unité dans ce qui était diffusé &, par moments, en fermant les yeux, je me serais cru entendre la musique très ordinaire qu'on diffuse dans des bannières de restaurants de type ''familial''. Bref, il manquait définitivement d'un minimum de recherche sur ce plan.
- Service : ok, mais sans plus, vraiment.

Tout le reste était très bien. Ces remarques se veulent constructives & j'espère que cela pourra vous aider. Je n'hésiterai pas à recommander votre établissement car certains plats sont parfaitement exécutés (soupe à l'oignon, pain brioché, joue de boeuf, macreuse, ravioletti, terrine de loup-marin. Bonne fin de journée.

Pour la première fois, je n'ai pas vraiment aimé la nourriture... j'avais choisi la cassolette avec les légumineuses & la cuisson des fèves était variable, certaines fèves étaient tendre & d'autres très croquantes (pois chiche) .. la préparation était sèche & rien de vraiment vinaigré dans l'assiette pour nous faire saliver pour compenser.. Nous avions choisi tous les deux ce plat & le constat a été partagé

Ce n'est pas ma première fois mais c'est toujours une agréable soirée & le repas était savoureux comme à chaque fois. J'ai emmené des amis & ils étaient comblés. Nous avons eu un super service de Marie (certaines personnes l'appelle Sophie ou Nancy 😉😂). Elle offre une belle expérience & sait nous conseiller pour le vin & pour les repas afin de faire de bons choix. Voici mon choix d'entrées & de repas principal ainsi que le choix de mon amie. Bravo à toute l'équipe 😊 - Dimanche 3 décembre petit-déjeuner entres amis après notre Party de Noël au Manoir Victoria. Nous avons eu un excellent service de Bertrand. Il était attentionné, drôle & sympathique. Notre petit-déjeuner était excellent. Les petites toast avec la confiture c'est parfait. Pour ma part, j'ai choisi Le bûcheron & j'ai partagé la macreuse avec mon conjoint car c'est une portion généreuse. Donc parfait pour grand appétit également.
