Nous somme aller un lundi le 4 decembre
Rarement j'ai vue resto avec un aussi bon service on manquer de rien & en plus on est parti les derniers vers 10h00 & jamais on c'est senti pressé les serveur on prit le temps sur tout la ligne un service de feu hors pair je recommande a 100% félicitation a l'équipe
& la nourriture était excellente

petit-déjeuner entres amis après notre Party de Noël au Manoir Victoria. Nous avons eu un excellent service de Bertrand. Il était attentionné, drôle & sympathique. Notre petit-déjeuner était excellent. Les petites toast avec la confiture c'est parfait. Pour ma part, j'ai choisi Le bûcheron & j'ai partagé la macreuse avec mon conjoint car c'est une portion généreuse. Donc parfait pour grand appétit également. J'ai adoré 👌🏻

Nous sommes de très grands habitués de Boulay. Nous sommes en fait de très bons embassadeurs en vous mentrionnant des plus souvent comme un restaurant dans notre TOP 2 en tout temps. Toutefois, hier fut des plus décevant... En commencant par le pain servi qu'i n'était pas le même qu'à l'habitude, entrée de ravioletti qui n'avait rien à voir avec ce que nous avions vu dans vos média sociaux (présentation & goûts...) pain brioché avec le foie gras poêlé sèche vs habituellement moelleux... & assiette de pétoncle avec un goût linéaire ... qu'on nous avait vendu avec le parfait équilibre avec morceaux de saucisses de Charlevoix. Bref... nous avons été très très décus.

Certains plat n'étaient pas chaud ou pas assez chaud . Comme la soupe à l'oignon ainsi que la joue de boeuf. Probablement que c'était dépendant de où on est assis la musique était très forte & empêchait la communication avec les autres convives à l'occasion. Autrement c'était très bien.
