Serviettes papier ? Voyons donc. Oui, je sais, écolo, écolo. Compromis suggéré: matériel recyclé plus épais. Pour la deuxième fois, le service de Florent qui, vous le savez, est originaire de Narbonne, est un atout. Merci de me consulter. RL

It was pouring rain & we walked in soaked. The staff were so attentive & kind in drying us off & letting us warm up before starting the meal. Our waiter was amazing (I wish I got his name) & the food fabulous. I would happily return the next time we're in town.

Mon restaurant préféré pour les bons déjeuners, mais ils en ont malheureusement perdu beaucoup. Si le repas était très bon, oeuf écossais & assiette de la ferme, le bol de café au lait était froid & fade. Aucun nuage de lait & la dame au service de me répondre que ce n'est pas un cappuccino... Ils l'ont bien changé, mais aucune amélioration. Les rôties maisons ressemblaient davantage à du pain Gadoua & elles étaient vraiment mauvaises. C'était un produit ultra-transformé immangeable, qui ne coûtait pas le pain. Dommage, nous allons oublier le bistro boréal pour quelques années.

J'ai pris le carpacio d'Omble en entrée, je l'ai trouvé trop garni. on ne goûte plus le poisson tellement il y a des condiments dessus. un peu trop salé aussi.

pour le plat de pâtes végétarien, le ''crumble'' qui est mis à l'intérieur a une texture trop granuleuse. on a l'impression d'avoir du sable sous la dent.

le Doré était excellent par contre.

Le boudin & la macreuse aussi.

Reservation is recommended. We tried the different entrees including the fish, Scottish egg, beef steak & duck confit. All were excellent. The dessert maple cake & ice cream were so good. Lunch prices were reasonable. Highly recommended.
