I went here for dinner. I did not have a reservation, & was seated at the bar. service was friendly & fast. the mocktail was delicious, as well as the entree & the main. I was too full for dessert. I liked it so much i am tempted to return again. It is certainly not cheap, but bloody delicious.

Nous avons bien apprécié notre visite, le service y est excellent, le serveur très efficace & connaissant de son menu. Le seul point qui justifie le 4 étoiles est que nous n'avons eu l'effet'wow' recherché dans un établissement haut de gamme, c'était bien, tres bien présenté mais au final le mélange des saveurs proposées nous on pas permis mettre de chez boulay dans notre liste d'incontournable.

Très belle expérience chez Chez Boulay. On sent un réel souci de mettre en valeur les produits locaux, ce qui est toujours appréciable & bien exécuté dans l'ensemble.

Le repas était bon, avec une approche soignée & une belle cohérence dans l'assiette.
Coup de coeur pour le dessert : un parfait au miel, léger & frais, avec une délicate touche de cassis, absolument délicieux & parfaitement équilibré.

Une adresse qui mérite d'être découverte, notamment pour son engagement envers les ingrédients d'ici.

This is a good restaurant! The dishes were tasty & obviously well thought out. I enjoyed my evening here. However, I will only give it four stars because nothing here really blew me away. The flavors didn't feel too extraordinary or special. The dining experience also didn't leave a great impact on me. But for a nice relaxing dinner, I do recommend this restaurant! It has a fancy & nice vibe to it!

Le service était très bien: relax, souriant & agréable. Les plats principaux sont vraiment très salés pour notre goût. L'entrée (croûte de pâté) était excellente avec le vin rouge. Le rapport qualité-prix était correct mais je ne vais pas y revenir.

Service impeccable, nourriture délicieuse avec des choix vraiment uniques. Ambiance chaleureuse, accueillante, calme & propice aux échanges entre les convives. Un restaurant d'exception au coeur du vieux Québec sans avoir une ambiance touristique. Nous avons adoré.
