Our dining experience began with impeccable service that set the stage for what we hoped would be an extraordinary meal. However, our gastronomic journey took an unexpected turn as we delved into the menu.

The Butcher's cut, a masterfully prepared piece of meat, showcased the culinary prowess of the kitchen with a perfectly cooked steak that impressed us. Yet, the supporting cast & sides fell short of the same standard. Some of them arrived burnt & charred, while the puree lacked the flavorful harmony needed to complement the star of the show.

The disappointment deepened with the vegetarian wild mushroom dish, which failed to live up to its intriguing name. There was nothing remotely "wild" about it; instead, it seemed like a hastily assembled pasta dish that lacked the creativity & finesse we anticipated. Frankly, I could craft a more satisfying pasta dish in the comfort of my own kitchen.

Merci à Patrice de nous avoir trouvé une table pour souper car je m'étais trompé de jour pour la réservation. & le service de Flo est toujours agréable accompagné de sa bonne humeur. La nourriture est toujours aussi excellente. Bravo l'équipe.
