In Quebec, Jean-Luc Boulay and Arnaud Marchand, supported by a passionate team, have been standing up to the challenge of inventing quebec inspired northern cuisine since 2012. I ordered the trout; amazing. Coffee was delicious & my pear cranberry mimosa was very tasty. The service was excellent; very helpful & friendly staff. A very fine dining but relaxing experience.

The menu is unique, with great food & lovely plating. Service was super friendly with bright & cheery staff. The price was more than reasonable too. Highly recommend it!

Great food. Basically French cuisine with a strong local Quebecois influence & some Nordic finesse. I really enjoyed it. The only downside after three delicious courses was that I was so full that all the blood in my body went into my stomach & I almost froze to death on the walk home to my hotel. 😉

Cela fait probablement une douzaine d'années que ce bistrot est mon préféré . Depuis qqs années je n'y étais pas retournée mais j'ai retrouvé la même expérience qu'avant 👌🏻 Plats succulents & service au top !
