Excellent meal with creative use of local natural foodstuffs. Waitress was very helpful with wine suggestions & prompt service despite crowded dining room. Will definitely recommend to all friends visiting QC.

This is our favorite Quebec City restaurant - & possibly our favorite overall! The menu, the service, the food, the ambience are all perfect. We drive 5.5 hours from Maine just to enjoy Chez Boulay!

Tout était divin: la macreuse de boeuf, le flétan de la Nouvelle-Ecosse. Mon coup de coeur par contre était le carpaccio d'omble, j'en aurai mangé comme plat principal & comme dessert. Une foule de saveurs dans toutes les bouchées de l'entrée au dessert. Un service chaleureux, jovial & enveloppant qui nous avait manqué depuis longtemps.

Ne répond pas aux attentes d'un restaurant à la réputation gastronomique. Nous avions commandé le flétan & le poisson était légèrement trop cuit mais beaucoup trop salé. À part une grosse portion de pomme de terre, aucun légumes. Nous n'avons pas été capable de finir notre repas.

Ma conjointe aimait beaucoup allé diner chez vous car elle travail dans le vieux Québec, alors pour son anniversaire j'ai décidé de la gâter & l'amener pour qu'elle puisse aussi gouter au menu du soir. & bien elle a adoré, & bien sur moi aussi, car c'était ma première visite. j'ai commander la pintade (trouver un petit os) mais tout était parfait bière froide, menu chaud & service hors pair. Alors je me suis précipiter sur Trip Advisor pour partager cette belle expérience. Merci beaucoup. & longue vie à ce magnifique resto. =)
