Excellent service. I loved the onion soup but the char dish was disappointing in that the portion of char was small in relation to the squash; I think it was fried (?) & a bit too much seasoning for my taste. The local white wine offered by Boulay was quite citrusy & therefore not pleasant. My husband enjoyed both his entree & plat. Both of us were disappointed with the apple tart. The pastry portion was impossible to cut with a fork so were borrowed a knife from the adjoining, unoccupied table; the waiter said he would tell the chef about our reaction to the tart.

The atmosphere & waitstaff were lovely & warm, & the food was very inventive with a local emphasis. I would highly recommend a meal here & we are going back for lunch!!

A mixed bag....
Fish special was fantastic. Foie Gras was absurdly overpriced. Service was irregular. House wine from Quebec was an "acquired taste" that our server should have warned us about. We returned ours...the nose & palate was truly peculiar. We then ordered two glasses of wonderful French wines that our server recommended.

Très bien l'ambiance mais heureusement qu'on était proche de la fenêtre qui donne sur la rue, car je trouvais ça bruyant du côté de l'entrée.
