Fantastic dinner last at Chez Boulay-bistro. Our reservation allowed us to arrive early & get seated. Server was fantastic. Wine list was excellent (although expensive). Enjoyed wonderful conversation with our neighboring table & we shared what each other was eating (Duck-Excellent, Beef Cheek - Fantastic, Beef Steak - Delicious, Seal - yes, Seal - Amazing.).

Chez Boulay was our first meal in Québec City & it did not disappoint! Conveniently located right inside our hotel, Manoir Victoria, it made for an easy & memorable start to our trip.
Chez Boulay - Bistro Boréal offers a unique taste of northern Québec, with creative dishes that still feel comforting & approachable. It's a great spot if you want something flavorful, local, & a little different.
The service is attentive & knowledgeable, & a big highlight for our family was the amazing kids' plate-delicious, generous, & genuinely loved by our kids.
Overall, a must-visit for anyone staying nearby or looking to explore Québec's boreal flavors in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

Superbe brunch! Les assiettes étaient savoureuses, bien présentées & pleines de belles saveurs boréales. Le service était chaleureux & attentionné du début à la fin. Une ambiance agréable & des plats originaux qui sortent du brunch traditionnel. Je recommande vivement!

1st time party of 4 American visitors to Quebec City for Christmas market. Wanted to experience local cuisine. We were not disappointed with any of our choices. Only wish sharing had been more encouraged by the menu choices, portion sizes & server.
