Excellent service & food was delicious. I had the scallops with spelt risotto & the combination of flavors was wonderful. My partner had the butcher's cut which was hanger steak & he said it was perfectly cooked & the mushrooms & sauce were a tasty accompaniment. The restaurant was very busy but the servers were attentive without being overbearing or rushing us. All in all a very good dinner for our first night in Quebec City. ( I made reservations a couple of weeks earlier).

Nos papilles ont été charmées! Tout est réfléchi, les textures, les saveurs, le visuel. Tout allait ensemble, quel délice! Je pourrais nommer ce que nous avons mangé mais j'en aurais pour longtemps à en faire la description.
Bon service apprécié. La serveuse connaissait les vins à la carte. Nous avons aussi vraiment apprécié l'utilisation des produits du Québec. Wow! Merci encore, nous renouvellerons l"expérience lors de notre prochain séjour à Québec.😊

A real treat for the palate. The dishes were crafted with the highest culinary intelligence. My mind was blown with each course. I love that I was able to try things that are not available anywhere else such as seal meatloaf & beef cheek braised for several days. The portions were just right as well. Servers knew the menu very well.

Chez Boulay bistro boréal TOUT est exquis: les plats & leurs goûts uniques, la présentation de ces plats, le personnel accueillant, sympathique, bref c'est l'endroit où vous en avez pour votre argent.
