What a fabulous experience! I had delicious, perfectly prepared Char, the greens served on the side wow, very good & unique flavors. Christoph had the chicken, which was so tender I almost had food envy. We only wish we could eat there again... their wine list diverse & we were excited to find many Gerard Bertrand offerings. Go, you won't be disappointed!!

Trop bruyant, pas assez de choix, le poulet sans goût & le loup marin devrait être servi en entrée & non en plat principal. La recommandation de la serveuse n'a pas indiqué que cette viande avait un goût très fort. On aurait pas pris ce plat. Décevant pour 2 personnes sur 4. Les joues de boeuf (excellent) & le risotto (bon mais sans plus.

C'était ma. 5ème visite chez Boulay, je leur accorde que 21 hres est peut-être trot tard pour aller manger à Quebec, les entrées étaient assez bonnes, la joue de boeuf délicieuse, quand au reste très très moyen
Un service de fin de soirée inexistant, un café sans cuillère ni sucré ou crème nous a fait comprendre qu'il était temps de quitter, donc le dessert on oublie
Le vin qui était bon nous a été conseillé par l'excellente sommelière du resto, merci à elle car Élya certainement sauvé notre repas, je n'y retournerai pas car je préfère rester sur les premières impressions de cet endroit que je me réjouissais de retrouver à chacune de mes visites de Suisse, & ne pourrai honnêtement le recommander à mes connaissance qui seront de passage à Quebec 😞
