Une soirée toute spéciale, notre 50e. De l'excellent verre de champagne jusqu'à la belle tarte à l'argousier, c'était spectaculaire! Notre serveuse était excellente, son attention aux allergies de mon mari très appréciée. L'atmosphère était à la fête & tous autour de nous semlbaient se régaler autant que nous. Nous n'oublierons pas Chez Boulay & nous y reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour à Québec. Merci!

Excellent service & efficace. Qualité du duo de boudin inégale mais tout de même bon. Entrée de homard excellente, haute de côte braisé excellente, cuisson à point & un bon goût sucrée dans la sauce. Toutefois, les têtes de violon étaient un peu trop cuits, pas assez croquants. Nous avons vécu une bonne expérience, recommandons le restaurant & nous y retournerons assurément.

J'en étais à ma première visite depuis 3 ans & encore une fois j'ai été impressionné par la qualité du service & de la nourriture, Chaque plat est une découverte en soi. je n'ai jamais mangé une soupe a l'oignon comme celle qu'il nous propose. le tartare de bison est simplement WOW & comment ne pas être conquis par leur joue de boeuf

Malheureusement, l'expérience n'était pas aussi extraordinaire que lors de ma dernière visite. Le serveur était pressé, nous bousculait pour commander alors qu'il n'y avait personne après nous. Nous lui avons demandé de ralentir, mais ensuite il ne nous débarrassait plus nos assiettes alors que nous avions terminé depuis plus de 15min & lorsqu'on lui a demandé de nous débarrasser il a répondu de façon très arrogante. Je suis déçue de ne pas avoir fait vivre une aussi belle expérience à mon amie . Les repas étaient bons mais aucune explication lors du service alors que cela fait partie de l'expérience. J'étais très déçue du restaurant chez Boulay & c'est dommage car je sais que ce n'était pas représentatif.

Bon restaurant, qualité de la nourriture inégale. Certaines choses excellentes, d'autres ordinaires, beaucoup beaucoup (trop ?) de vinaigre. Pour la réputation d'un chef comme Jean-Luc Boulay, la nourriture devrait être meilleure que cela.
