Excellent repas fait de produits d'une fraîcheur & d'un goût exquis.
Difficile de regretter quoique ce soit si ce n'est que ça peut être un peu trop bruyant par moment. Mais il ne faut pas hésiter à y aller ou à y retourner. Merci à l'équipe.

We had a wonderful dinner at Chez Boulay! We started with cocktails, which were good. Next we did the cheese platter for two, which was a nice amount of cheese along with brioche, nougat crisps, & local honey. It was very good. Dinner was halibut (replacement of the cod) & the char fish, which is like a salmon. The halibut was snow white in color & served over roasted beets & barley. Wow--excellent! The char was also great, & served over a green coulis & rice. It also included fresh watercress. Yum! Creme brulee to finish the meal, & we strolled out very satisfied with our dining experience! Thank you chef & also thank you Mary for great service!

Service excellent, très bonne description du menu & des aliments qui les composent. Sans oublier la qualité, quantités de la nourriture. Certain que nous y retournerons.

Ambiance très agréable, plats exquis & excellent service. Une seule note discordante. Alors que notre table était à quelques pas de la porte, en quittant nous avons oublié de mettre nos masques. Nous sommes à quelques jours de l'arrêt de cette obligation & nous avions quelques verres de vins derrière la cravate. Le maitre d'hôtel nous à dit: « la prochaine fois vous mettrez vos masques » sur un ton pas particulièrement cordial. Était-ce vraiment nécessaire? Sinon tout était parfait .
