très bon service le personnel est super très belle présentation & énumérations du menu
Cependant le repas principal étais de loin une belle pièce de viande j'ai pris la sélection du boucher avec un morceau de bison mais celui-ci en plus d'être très minime étais de piètre qualité étant un fanatique de viande surtout de viande de qualité soit importée ou de boeuf mon morceau n'étais vraiment pas de bon choix mais bon cela reste très dure de manquer un steak en sauce un bon 50$ pour un 5 once de viande reste très difficile à avaler sinon ça très bonne ambiance & un vaste menu d'entré pour le type de restaurant qu'offre bouley
Somme tout nous avons aimé notre expérience mais très loin de valoir les 250$ investis

Nous n'étions pas à notre première visite, bien que cela faisait un bail. Quelle expérience mémorable & ce, tant pour la qualité de la nourriture que du service. La personne qui nous a servi(table #22), dont nous avons malheureusement oublié le prénom, a certes contribué à faire de notre repas un moment inoubliable dont notamment par ses connaissances manifestes du vin. D'ailleurs, nous avons appris à la fin de repas qu'elle était sommelière. Nul doute que pareille personne vaut son pesant d'or pour tout restaurateur.

Cocktail, entrée & dessert parfait, mon mari a pris le poisson poêlé, délicieux, moi la macreuse, il y avait dans l'assiette un beurre aromatisé, mais n'a pas été déposé sur le steak, comme ça il aurais fondu, non il était froid & même si j'en mettais un peu sur mon steak, il demeurais froid & ne fondais pas.... trop tard.... & désolée, mais les frites, genre frites grecques, ordinaire.
