Had brunch there & ordered Le Pêcheur. It was very nicely made & quite tasty!
I never had a beer mimosa before, but that was good too!

The experience here is top shelf. French & English are spoken welcomingly. There is a focus on local spirits & cocktails, with strong farm to table sourcing.
Our entrees were good portions, leaving room for their dessert. Our waitress provided great suggestions which we selected nearly every time.
This is a must visit, a find we discovered on our walking food tour which was also great!!

Loved the place, like the decoration of the place, warm lights & comfortable seats, the taste of the food is amazing.

Dès l'accueil, le ton est donné : un service attentif, chaleureux & parfaitement maîtrisé, où chaque membre du personnel témoigne d'une réelle compétence & d'un souci du détail. On se sent accompagné, mais jamais envahi.

La macreuse de boeuf s'impose comme un véritable coup de coeur. La cuisson est d'une précision remarquable : tendre, juteuse, elle révèle toute la richesse aromatique de cette pièce souvent injustement sous-estimée. En bouche, la chair se déploie avec une intensité profonde, à la fois rustique & élégante.

L'accord mets & vins, proposé avec justesse, sublime chaque bouchée sans jamais voler la vedette à l'assiette. On sent une réflexion fine derrière chaque suggestion, preuve d'un réel savoir-faire oenologique.

Le cadre, raffiné sans ostentation, complète l'expérience & permet de savourer pleinement le moment.

En somme, une adresse qui honore avec brio son étoile Michelin : un restaurant où gastronomie rime avec sincérité, précision & émotion. Une table à découvrir absolument.

Jorge the Venezuelan is the most awesome waiter. He gave us wonderful from an awesome team from appetizer to dessert. Great service, great food! My family loves Quebec City. We will be back
