Mets créatifs mêlant les saveurs du terroir dont certains aliments qu'on ne penserait pas à apprêter ensemble avec un résultat exquis. Service impeccable. Bonne recommandation de vin d'accompagnement. Quelques plats du menu d'hôte bien attirants mais hors de la fourchette des prix qu'on est prêt à payer (65$ pour plat principal) mais bon, a chacun ses goûts & son portefeuille. Nous avons pris un plat d'esturgeon & un plat terre & mer qui étaient tous les deux succulents & assez soutenants pour nous.

The only place we could get a reservation was at the bar; but it offered a most enjoyable experience. It was not an intimate, quiet dinner. The whole restaurant was abuzz with excitement. Watching the scurrying bar tenders was a treat. &, despite their very demanding duties re drinks, they were attentive & gracious.
The food was wonderful & well presented; & the price reasonable, especially in comparison to some more expensive Quebec restaurants we experienced in the previous days (& enjoyed the food in those expensive venues less)..

A fun & enjoyable experience.
