Loved everything about this restaurant! Our server was the best - (sorry - can't remember his name!), as he passionately took the time to describe the menu to us. We waited just the right amount of time between courses, & the food was so good!! In fact, the best meal we had while visiting Quebec City. We will definitely return to Chez Boulay some day. Thank you for an enjoyable evening!

Je ne crois pas que nous avons eu le standard de ce qu'offre le restaurant.
Nous étions en vacances & voulions profiter d'un bon repas.
Après avoir commandé, nous avons reçu nos plats en 2 minutes & ceux-ci avaient littéralement trainés sous les réchauds... la viande était séchée. Nous avons été déçus de notre expérience... ce n'est pas à ce que nous nous attendions :(
