C'était bien mais pas de WoW comme les 2 fois antérieures que j'avais été
Même si j'avais informé le restaurant longtemps à l'avance que mon épouse était fortement allergique aux produits laitiers il n'y a pas eu beaucoup d'accommodements de la part du restaurant J'en suis demeuré surpris & surtout désolé car c'est quand même coûteux comme restaurant

Excellent restaurant: foie gras, soupe choux-fleurs, assiette de la mer extra, petit bémol sur la joue de boeuf qui avait une texture bizarre mais à refaire sans hésiter!

Quelle belle soirée ! Service rapide & professionnel pour commencer. Tous le personnel est tiré à quatre épingles & présente une apparence très propre. Ensuite, la nourriture : chaque plat est minutieusement travaillé afin de convier vos papilles à un festival de saveurs. Il n'y a pas de snobisme pour autant, les assiettes sont généreusement garnies & le tour de force est de réussir à rajouter une « twist » nordique à chaque bouchée. Pari réussi. Ne buvant pas d'alcool, j'ai adoré mon mocktail concombre/canneberge/rhubarbe & une IPA de chez Bockale, une microbrasserie. Bref, nous reviendrons car ce restaurant est la hauteur de son excellente réputation.
