Un restaurant icone ? Québec boréal & bistro 😃 ma fille m'a fait découvrir ce restaurant bien connu des gens de Québec & Montréal. Cuisine de bistro🥩 donc prix correspondant, en plus avec une touche québécoise boréal🫒 dans tous les plats. La grande vedette l'argousier (🍊🍋) mais aussi le mais🌽, l'épinette🌲 tout en douceur. Toujours avec touche boréal :Drink d'argousier, soupe a l'oignon, fromage, foie gras, joue de boeuf, magret, fruit de mers, tartes & autres délices sucrés. J'ai n'est pas tout goûter mais j'y retournerai😁. services efficaces & bonne explications.

Expérience du brunch du samedi midi, avec des plats régionaux, bien dimensionnés & sublimés par le mix avec le côté frenchy du chef. Le service (commande de plats, demande d'addition) peut être un peu long même quand la salle est loin d'être pleine mais pour le reste agreabilité de tout le personnel & surtout mets excellents, en plus d'une large carte des boissons, vins au verre inclus

Une super expérience au restaurant Chez Boulay. Les plats & desserts étaient excellents. L'équilibre de chacun des plats servis était juste & subtil. L'accueil & le service étaient à la hauteur des plats. Une excellente adresse !

I had my first traditional Québec meal here, & it turned out to be one of the highlights of my day in Québec City.

The food was memorable & gave me a great introduction to local cuisine. Everything felt welcoming, & the service was excellent. The middle-aged gentleman who served me was especially kind, attentive, & patient throughout the meal.

As a visitor, first impressions matter, & this restaurant made my first Québec dining experience a very happy one. Thank you for the warm hospitality.
I would gladly recommend this place to anyone visiting Québec City.

Aller déjeuner chez Boulay est un voyage.
Le service ainsi que les plats sont merveilleux.
Les accords des saveurs & des textures sont toujours très harmonieux.
Si vous n'avez pas encore découvert ce trésor de Québec, il est urgent d'y remédier.

What a fabulous brunch! I would give them 10 stars if I could! The food was exquisite, the service was attentive without being overbearing, the atmosphere is delightful. I highly recommend Chaz Boulay to anyone visiting Quebec!
