Encore une fois, tout simplement parfait & délicieux. Vous êtes mon resto préféré de la province! J'attends toujours avec impatience ma venue chez-vous

J'ai aimé les macarons pour le personnel qui présente un côté chaleureux malgré les masques.

Seul hic à mon bonheur: la non possibilité d'acheter des verres à vin. Ça fait au moins trois fois que je tente d'en avoir & que c'est impossible. Ma voisine de table aurait aussi aimé en avoir. Sera-t-il possible d'en avoir ou de les vendre au comptoir du bistro?

La nourriture est toujours aussi bonne. C'est l'attitude du service qui fait défaut. Nous avons pris une entrée, un plat principal & une fois le dessert commandé, on nous a dit que notre temps était expiré. Nous avons changé de table. Aucun problème jusque là. S'en est suivi des commentaires déplacés: si vous aviez regardé votre réservation, vous auriez vu le temps qui vous était alloué. Je l'ai regardé le temps alloué & j'estimais que 2h15 était suffisant pour manger. Mais non ! & je ne regarde pas l'heure constamment lorsque je suis au restaurant. On aurait dû nous dire que nous n'avions pas le temps pour le dessert. Nous serions allés ailleurs. Un autre serveur a dit : non mais là, vous avez dépassé de 15 minutes. On vous laisse juste le temps de prendre votre dessert & c'est tout ! À la sortie, j'ai dit à la personne à l'entrée que trois services ne rentrent pas dans leur allocation de temps. J'étais vraiment polie & il m'a dit : vous êtes sûrement arrivés en retard ! Non. Nous étions à votre restaurant à l'heure. Conclusion : détérioration du service. Nous sommes de Québec & non des touristes que vous ne verrez qu'une seule fois ! Pour 400$, je n'y retournerai pas. Il y a tellement de bons restaurants à Québec avec un service hors du commun.
