Belle découverte d'aromates & vin canadien. Les entrées étaient bonnes mais les plats principaux plutôt lourds & surtout trop salés (sauces). Pour ce qui est du panna cotta aux petits fruits, les saveurs manquaient d'harmonie. Le vinaigre sans les fruits n'était pas la meilleure idée selon moi & l'amertume des groseilles ne d'harmonisait pas bien avec la tuile au sésame.

Excellente table, la joue de boeuf était sublime & la macreuse de boeuf un régal une note parfaite pour ce souper a Quebec

La serveuse a été fantastique, elle nous a fait de très bonnes suggestions & a veillé à ce qu'on ne manque de rien.

Côté nourriture, tout était à point & délicieux. L'assaisonnement parfait & l'harmonie des saveurs était balancée a la perfection. Un incontournable à Québec.

Personnel très accueillant, ambiance fort agréable & que dire de la qualité des mets proposés !!! J'en ai encore les larmes aux yeux! Je récidiverai avec mon amoureux, avec des amis... aussi souvent que possible!
