The wait staff are amazing. Food is definetly among the best I've eaten in Quebec. I try to come to Chez Boulay every time I am in town. The dessert paired with the wine from Vignoble Ste- Pétronille is outstanding. Thank you for a delightful dining experience.

Very good, but consider carefully what you order, because some dishes have more Wow! factor than others. The Gabriel potatoes are a revelation, though.
